Absolutely horrible communication. Hi, Ive known Jeff since i was 12 years old in helping my mothers case to help her in her case. I am now 20 years old and we are still ongoing with this and his most common phrase is "Im very busy right now but my paralegal should know however she is out." "Oh im so sorry i do not know please be patient" The guy never knows how to respond without bringing up how his paralegal should know, when asked to provide me with her info to get some kind of answer i was not provided with requested info. I am SICK of this patience game. Jeff will not call you with updates. You will have to reach out and surprise him to even get an answer. Please at all costs avoid coming here and find elsewhere to help your case and cares for you because Jeffrey Steinfeld will not!

My experience was disappointing. Communication was poor, and deadlines were ignored. I cannot recommend him.

TERRIBLE! Once paid he has no interest in your case. Extremely distant in communications, does not return call or emails unless sent over and over again. Does not prepare you for any court appearance, even he himself is not prepared. Does not listen to you and loses or mishandles paperwork you give him. Any paperwork you give him, whether it be photos or written he barely or does not even look at. Aside from charging a fee much higher than others for this service, he shows and obviously has NO INTEREST in your successful outcome. FIND A LAWYER WHO WILL HELP YOU, JEFFREY STEINFELD IS NOT THE ONE!

Mr.Steinfeld is a unique immigration Lawyer.<br>I have consulted with many attorneys before filing my applications, and to be honest with you many of them just care about money and have no idea what they are talking about. Mr.Steineld is super responsive, excellent getting all the paperwork organized. The level of professionalism and excellence that Mr.Steinfeld offers, you can't find easily.

Mr.Steinfeld was my lawyer years ago. He has been an amazing lawyer since day one.His years of expertise and wisdom has made the process very easy and stress free for me. While working with him, he was very professional, patient, gave clear direction, and is very down to earth. He has also helped my mom, and my few best friends.
