For a cafe, the one thing you'd expect them to nail is the coffee; unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.<br><br>I ordered a latte and was served a cup with scalded, overheated milk, no texture, no microfoam, none of the silky steamed milk that makes a latte what it is. It was clear that proper milk steaming technique wasn't being applied.<br><br>I returned the drink and received a simple "Sorry" in response, no offer to remake it, no attempt to make it right. For a cafe that presumably puts coffee at the center of its identity, that's a real miss.
