  I love the service!!! It was my first time getting a cleaning done by Merry Maids and I'm obsessed. I'm already recommending them to everybody haha. I was a little nervous but Gina was so kind and patient with me. She talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions calmly. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I'm already scheduling a reoccurring service from them. I appreciate Gina so much! She's the best!

  Gina is an extremely rude person who should not be in charge of customer service. After sending photos and videos of the very sloppy cleaning job that was done, I was accused of lying. I requested the deep cleaning of a small/medium size finished basement that had minimal furniture and it was not done according to their promise of being "meticulous". The floors were left completely dirty and several areas were completely missed. Gina is unkind, unpleasant and should not be speaking to customers.

  There very reliable and bring everything they need to clean. The house has a terrific smell when they leave and the house is so clean. I definitely recommend them.

  Prompt, efficient, and they bring their own cleaning supplies so no prep necessary! The house is sparkling when they are finished. Highly recommend Merry Maids!

  The cleaning team was on time and very professional. They did a one time move out cleaning and considering the condition of the house their work was quite good. I would recommend Merry Maids.
