I rent a lot from Avis and never had a problem, except this location. It's the only location were the total I was charged was more from the amount shown when I made the reservation. They somehow managed to add fees I don't even know what it is.

Great experience all-around picking up and dropping off a rental car. Easy bus access from NYC to pick it up and it was easy to drop it off as well. Everyone here was very helpful, friendly, and efficient

The people are nice enough and they have the same cars as everyone else. But they are convenient, just are 1/2 block from the Fort Lee George Washington Bridge bus station, and the rental rate is much cheaper in New Jersey.

I had a billing issue, after I contacted Avis, it got resolved within 24 hours!

Great place to rent a car, for someone living in NYC. It's cheap, the cars are cslean, and they're open both weekend days
