Time Dental Ridgefield is a great place to get your dental work done. My whole experience was super smooth and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I called, Joy, the receptionist, was very accommodating and helped me in English to set up the appointment. When I arrived, there was plenty of parking and they saw me immediately without a wait. It's clear that they genuinely care about you and are attentive to your needs. Everyone was professional. I usually don't like X-rays, but this time was great and completely pain-free. They explained my situation clearly and were thorough, even going back to double check. I felt calm and got my teeth cleaned and the doctor, staff, and hygienists were great. Highly recommend! This is my go to place and I'll be coming back!

Most of intake staff knows only Korean. I tried calling few times but hung up on me when I spoke in English.

I've been going here since I was 3 years old and I really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned here. The staff is very kind and speak both English and Korean. The service is wonderful and the place is extremely clean and convenient. The dentists are also very patient with children so if you have kids, I would recommend this place!
