I called to place a pizza order and was told to hold for a moment. I waited for about five minutes, but no one came back to the phone. I kept saying "Hello?" several times, but no one responded. I could hear the employees talking to each other in the background while completely ignoring me. It was very rude and frustrating, so I eventually hung up. I've never experienced such poor customer service just trying to place an order.

We ordered from Nova through Doordash and for some reason the app wasn't updating so we had to call them to find out what was happening as it had been a minute since the order was confirmed. Thankfully, the person we spoke to was really nice and gave us an update and that was the best experience we had with this place.<br><br>The food was terrible. Simply. We ordered the vodka pasta which looks exactly like it tastes - grossly under-sauced, no flavor, no salt. We also ordered the wings which I swear wasn't seasoned at all. Again no salt, no pepper - just fried and dry. We also ordered the garlic bread - no garlic in sight, no flavor tasted. The Philly cheesesteak did not have enough meat and the cheese was on the bread but not blended with the other sandwhich ingredients. Once again, no salt, no pepper, no flavor, no seasoning. The pizza was also mid. We did not like the flavor of the cheese, it seemed hardened before we even took a bite. The vegetables were fresh but also unseasoned.

some days ago when i visited this place, julianna at the cashier register recommended me the cesar salad with chicken, and was so good. the food quality was amazing, service was very good, and the place was very well.

Nova Pizza has been my favorite pizza for years now!! The workers are always helpful some ones I can name are Julianna and Ferris, always so helpful. I order delivery and the pizza is good although the delivery driver the Asian one was super slow, but the other one's good. I will continue ordering for now!

Sadly was my favorite pizza in fort Lee !!!! I bought 3 large cheese pizzas for my church a couple of weeks ago!!! Bought them 4 church lunch completely raw dough cheese small slices thrown on pizza sparingly little water tomato sauce was never so embarrassed ever my church has there own pizza place I begged them try pizza nova horrible still sad about the whole thing but I have to find a new pizza place after all these years sadly Doug

The food is not good. They don't give you the food the way you want it . The delivery is never how you ask them to make the food .. I ask for my wings to be crispy not crispy at all . I asked for Parmesan fries didn't have no Parmesan on them. Also when delivering the food they forgot meals and had to call back and wanted for me to tip again after they got my orders wrong !!!!!
