I moved into one of the apartments for rent in September 2024. I wasn't provided with heat until December, despite constant emails, texts, and calls. I had to buy electric heaters for myself and my daughter, but they kept tripping the power. I had no access to the electrical panel, so we were left in the dark for a day or so in the freezing cold for multiple times.<br><br>Even when heat was finally turned on, it was loud and malfunctioning--spraying rust-colored water and making it impossible to sleep. The lease said heat was included, but that was not the case. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience and completely neglectful treatment of tenants.<br>I am glad I found a better place. Now i can talk about my experience.<br>Very disappointed the way was handled.
