Very unprofessional and non responsive when you try to get in contact with her. She does not communicate with anyone instead she wants to give people attitude. Very rude. She shouldn't even be in business if this is how she moves!!!

Literally have to beg this woman to send me a copy of my tax returns. Albeit it's been late and we are in a pandemic. I never rushed her to file my taxes. However once she filed taxes. I waited a couple a weeks and I requested my returns. After 6 separate request weeks apart. It's now August and I still have not received my returns or my taxes return documents.

I've been using Joshlyn for the past 3/4 years. She was a recommendation from a friend and I was very pleased with the quality of her work. What I wasn't too fond of was her professionalism. She is unresponsive to calls, emails and texts. It has almost become normalized that she may or may not respond to you. Because of what she was able to produce, I continued to use her services. Unfortunately, my desire to continue to support her business has deteriorated. My family and I had 3 separate appointments yesterday and when we arrived at her office, she was not there. I thought I had the dates confused because it would be unfathomable to consider the fact that she would just not be there. I surely confirmed the time and date in my phone. We called her work phone, cell phone and text her several times to which we received no response and could not leave a voicemail because her voicemail was full. I traveled 1.5 hours with a small child and needless to say I was extremely frustrated. After

Filed with this person last year and she won't return any of my calls or answer when I call both the cell and personal number. Apparently didn't give me full tax info and now I am having issues. If the owner sees this message please contact me.
