    Koval management company has been the management company for 215 Orient way in Rutherford for as long as I have been here which is over 6 years. And in that time they did absolutely nothing of consequence for the building! The security doors were broken and didn't close, and I informed them like a half dozen times, but nothing was done! I had to finally fix the doors myself! Now, someone keeps leaving the door unlocked, and Erica refuses to do anything about it! The Koval management company is the worst management company in America!! Do not, I repeat, do not, use these people as your management company! They are incompetent and will not get anything done! And you will pay an arm and a leg for absolutely nothing! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

    I have never seen property management that unprofessional like this before and one of staff hear impolite and unprofessional.
