I live near the World Trade Center (9/11), and the dust in the air is horrendous. Most of the time, the air quality is poor in this vicinity.<br>I need a "Kirby" brand vacuum cleaner just to breathe normally. The staff here at A & M Merchandising has been very helpful and patient with my purchase. I appreciate all the help!

Sales person was great and worked well product is great but was disappointed because of some dishonesty, markup was ridiculous beware ur not told that upfront. There is a high "SHOW & TELL & SETUP FEE" apparently give buyers that option you will be a better business for it especially if you work by referrals.

My G4 Kirby has sentimental value, not only bc of my friend who sold it to my mom while working at A & M but also from mom who both have passed away. We get it maintained every year and they keep it in tip-top shape for us! Our Kirby is the go-to vacuum to keep our Gymnastics Academy clean, and we put this machine to work!<br>Thank you for always taking care of us!
