Everyone at this office is extremely helpful and friendly. We get our exams and glasses here. Most recently, Jocelyn helped my teen son and I with finding the perfect glasses. She is so sweet and professional. We get the best care at this office.

Was good once, now the secretary picks up the phone and leaves it open so you can hear her work while she ignores you ... Very professional.<br><br>Will be finding elsewhere.

We're sorry you had this experience. While we don't know the circumstances surrounding your call, we are a very busy office and have also recently transitioned to a new phone system. Our staff would never intentionally ignore a patient--we're only human, and mistakes can happen. If you're unable to reach us by phone in the future, please send us a text and we'll respond as soon as possible. Since you mentioned having good experiences with our office in the past, we're disappointed that this one

I had a wonderful experience with the vision care services I received. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff of Rutherford Eyecare was courteous, welcoming, and very helpful. They made the whole process comfortable and easy.<br><br>Dr.Boyle was exceptionally friendly, professional, and patient. What I appreciated most was the time she took to explain each of the tests, the results, and what they meant in detail. I never felt rushed, and all my questions and concerns were addressed clearly.<br><br>It was reassuring to receive such thorough and compassionate care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by the entire team and would highly recommend their vision care services to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
