I purchased swim lessons package which I was not able to continue due to the problems with their own systems. I was turned back few times upon my arrival god lessons because they were cancelled. Due to this problem and many of their instructors also left which made me put my lessons on hold. In the past they never had implemented cancellation policy and I was told that they do not expire. However, now the new management is telling me that sorry all your lessons expired and they cannot do anything. Horrible service and no concerns for their customers.

Overall great gym for a hotel. Steam room, sauna, along with a pool is a great addition to your stay. The have a lot of workout machines as well.

Update 5/2026: I've been here over a year and it's been a steady decline with the biggest downturn being the new management that took over. Construction everywhere with no curtain so the gym is dusty, i don't see staff wiping down the machines as often (probably busy dealing with the construction mess), the music lately has been terrible, the a/c sucks, and still no towel service. I wouldn't go here if it wasnt so convenient.<br><br>Previous review: I think your experience here really depends on the time of day and which locker room you use. I go in the morning and everything seems pretty clean, most people wipe down machines, and the women's locker room is always in good shape. tbh I love that they don't allow people to film themseleves. Everyone is kinda doing their own thing and it seems like a decent gym so far. My reason for knocking off a star is I really wish they had a towel service and some of their equipment seems old, I really wish they'd replace their yoga mats in the main
