  Terrible, dropped off my phone at 5:20 pm for a battery replacement, came back at 8pm told me to sit around and wait, after getting impatient someone went to get it and got it back at 9pm with a completely wiped phone, no cell no data nothing. apparently a piece on my logic board failed and they dont know why and then tried to slip me the bill of 500+ when the phone was dropped off perfectly fine and working. Ultimately did correct it by only charging me the cost of the battery but i will not be returning to this apple at all. terrible.

  I guess they are understaffed or somehting, cause when you go there expect to wait for 10 min or more, then someone will respond but they will route you to someone else.

  Mix of slow service and incompetence. Came for a battery replacement, few days later there's a leaking and expanding battery problem. Seems like a normal problem they regularly deal with. Having to go back to this store makes me worry cause their repairs are shoddy, and customer support is non existent. Spent almost an hour just waiting to "see a tech" even when on time for our appointment.

  Extremely slow customer service. You'll be waiting forever. Multiple employees here but none seem to be the one who can help you.

  Had an appointment for the Genius Bar to fix my cracked screen ,but had to come to come back later, so they told us that they would hold onto the screen and to come whenever we had time within the next 5 days. We come back 2 days later and tell them they had a part for us, we were met with them saying that they can't take the phone at this time because they are too busy. Why would they say to come at anytime if obviously we cannot come at anytime it's frustrating especially because people will cancel things to go just to be told to come back later again.
