  Adrian at Merit was very responsive to all of my messages, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase of my Kia Soul.   STOP Don't even think of going here to buy a car. They powewash of course, the all do. Then you buy it as is, which you wouldn't normally. Spent $1500 to fix leak rear seal. Still leaking. They replaced the front seal. Leaked again. A bad torque drive converter was the problem, which they didn't do. BRING IT TO OUR mechanic Merit said. We did...Still leaking worse...WORSE! NOW I have to take it to a transmission specialist. RIDICULOUS...

  Please do not purchase a car from them... I waited 2 months for the title...cant get in touch with anyone and when u do they say they will call u back and they dont.....my car started leaking oil...I brought somewhere to get it fix...1400 later....still leaked and the mechanic i went to say it had to do with torque drive seal...I called merit they said bring it in...they said they fixed it but they made it worse....now they wont call us back at all

  I recently purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX from them. I was offered a 7 day/150 mile warranty for the engine and transmission. Within 60 miles, the check engine light came on. My mechanic said it needed a catalytic converter. Merit did offer to replace the catalytic converter. They didn't tell me about a broken CD player or the fact that rain would flood the passenger side. I had to fight to get a jack and was given a spare tire that doesn't fit. I had to argue to get in writing that the car would pass inspection. I paid cash for this car. Still trying to get a handle for the wire that opens the hood. I don't recommend buying a car from them.

  I test drove and put a deposit on a very competitively priced van. Everyone was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the purchase, but the dealership was very accommodating and returned the deposit without issue. The manager (Hamza) was excellent and a man of his word. Based on my experience, I would encourage doing business with Merit Auto.
