  The labor & delivery nurses are truly superheroes. Without their empathy, compassion, knowledge, strength, & kindness, I don't think I could describe this experience as the most beautifully overwhelming, pure, & wholesome experience of my life.<br><br>And just to add, because they deserve the credit that anchored it all; Angela RN, Grace RN, the anesthesiologists & Dr. Merriam. Thank you for keeping me safe, calm, & cared for throughout it all. I am forever grateful.

  Es con respecto a la empleada q recibe la informacion del paciente antes de la cirugia ,.Falta de empatia y cordialidad .queriendo hablar en espanol con ella ,lo cual lo hablaba, y evitandolo en ocasiones.Esto con respecto a mi informacion del caso.Se le noto fatal de profesionalismo y servicio al cliente.

  I can understand how Englewood Hospital has fallen from grace after being the premier facility in the region. The care is meh at best, too many people walking around doing nothing, few Drs paying any attention, over-charging for services that weren't even done, and a horrendous billing department. If you want to pay $1258.00 for a Tylenol, this is the place for you. But we'll never go to this hospital again.

  If you are lucky enough to live in Bergen county this is the most amazing hospital within a 50 mile radius. Staff is so attentive you go right in the ER if u need help. Free valet parking and great cafeteria too.
