  Yantra on the register very rude didn't want to call for help to open another register when the line was long an instead she was jsut talking with the costumers by the register an ignored the rest of us in line poor costumer service also they dotn have half of any brand on the shelf for cat food plz go to pet smart they do have everything

  As I always do, I purchased a large amount of cat food. I had no issue with the cashier asking whether all of the wet food was the same type. What I did have an issue with was her follow-up comment that she had to verify because "some customers say it is when it isn't."<br><br>I found that comment extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I understand that employees may need to verify purchases, but there is a professional and respectful way to do so without making customers feel as though they are being accused of being dishonest.<br><br>I am not "some customers." I work hard for my money, and when I spend it at your store, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. The way this was handled left me feeling uncomfortable and offended, and what should have been a routine purchase turned into a horrible experience.<br><br>Customer service matters. There is a difference between verifying a purchase and making a customer feel as though they are being treated with suspicion. I hope th
