The technician called me back and walked me through the troubleshooting process over the phone completely for free.<br><br>He honestly told me that a home visit would cost $79, and instead of taking my money, he kindly gave me simple steps to fix it myself so I wouldn't have to spend that extra cash.<br><br>It is incredibly rare to find a business this honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. They truly care about their customers rather than just making a quick buck. From now on, I plan to use them for all of my future appliance repairs.
