Do not get tricked into renting at extra space storage...they entice u with cheap introductory price..mine was $50 per month...I knew the price will rise but after 4 months it jumped to $220 per month. ...I mean 4 times the introductory rate?? I could see 75 or even 100 but ...they trick u into moving all your stuff there and they know it is difficulty to move all the stuff out of there so they raise the price to ridiculous level....i might have just rented a bigger apartment and kept all the stuff in extra room had i known it will jump to 220. Very disappointed that an american company is allowed to trick their customers and have no consequence....

Horrible experience! The manager was extremely rude and continuously talked over me during our phone conversation. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service.<br><br>I sincerely hope Extra Space provides this manager with additional training on how to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers, as well as how to properly address and assist with their needs.<br><br>Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
