Working with this fire protectant consulting company was honestly such a smooth and easy experience. Their team was super friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly knew their stuff. They walked us through everything we needed, answered all our questions without any confusing jargon, and made the whole process feel totally manageable.<br>They were quick, reliable, and really paid attention to the details. Excellent experience with Marisa and her team. We needed extensive fire retardant services for a large trade show and they made the entire process seamless. This was a weeklong load-in with many vendors involved and they were the easiest vendor to work with. The technicians and office staff are the highlight, though - always professional and they brought such great energy to the job. Highly recommend them for their expertise and professionalism!

Turning Star has a complete command of fire codes and FDNY requirements. You hand it off and it comes back compliant, every time.<br><br>We keep coming back because the service is genuinely exceptional. In prop production, last-minute is basically our default, and Turning Star never flinches at our timeline.<br><br>Marisa and her team communicate clearly, move fast, and always follow through. They even went out of their way to track down a misdirected package (our fault!).
