$11.50 for a BEC with hashbrown on a roll and this is what it looks like. It's thrown together and the bacon is basically raw. And they weren't even busy there was 1 other person in there

I had a really excellent experience with Mr. Bagel. Alex at the front desk is super kind and generous. The fresh bagels are perfect. I would highly recommend .

Once I checked my recipt I realized they charge 15 cents for toasting the bagel, 85 cents for butter and to top it off, 3% credit card charges on the total.<br>I worked for years in Manhattan and NJ, had a bagel and cream cheese or a bagel and egg every morning from different establishements; food carts, diners, bagel stores, fancy breakfasts places you name it. Never ever was I charged for the above hidden additions.<br>This is a sneaky dishonest way to raise the price of the morning bagel.<br>Also, they used to have 2-3 outdoor tables with umbrellas; it's no longer the case. No outdoor seating. I guess, the permits to have some outdoor seating for the benefit of the local customers are too expensive, and the store decided to cut costs.<br>I am not coming back.
