I bought a Samsung refrigerator seven years ago and I've had problems with the icemaker ever since. I've had numerous service calls and they told me that I had an eight year warranty on the icemaker itself because there was a class action lawsuit against them for this icemaker problem. After 45 minutes on the phone with them today they tell me that it's at a warranty. They do not back their products. I recommend everybody stay away from Samsung. They know this icemaker had a problem and refused to come and replace . I will never buy a Samsung product again in my life.

Do Not Rely on Samsung's Promises
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service and want other customers to learn from my experience.
I purchased my order based on a promotion that Samsung representatives assured me I would receive. I was told that the promotion could be handled after the order shipped and that I should contact Samsung afterward. I trusted what I was told -- and that was my mistake.
After the order shipped, I contacted Samsung as instructed. After going back and forth with customer service, Samsung ultimately refused to honor the promotion, telling me that promotions are time-sensitive and must be applied at the time of purchase.
So my advice to other Samsung customers is: DO NOT simply trust a representative who tells you, "Place the order now and email us after it ships." Demand that the promotion be applied to your order before you complete the purchase, and get everything in writing.
If Samsung tells you that a promotion will be honored

Don't trust Samsung. Their warranty does not exist. Their headphones shock you and their quality over all for their products have significantly dropped.

Let me preface by saying I rarely write reviews unless I'm highly impressed or deeply disappointed.

I have been a Samsung customer essentially my entire life. I use Samsung in our business, at home, my main phone, and even our appliances.

Lately I feel like Samsung has fallen off and this headphone incident put the final nail in the coffin for me.

During my morning commute to the office, 10 months after purchase, I noticed that my left ear bud was vastly quieter than the right. I figured this was an issue with its battery despite my phone clocking it in at 98% charged.

During my commute home, however, the left earbud shocked my ear and left me with a ringing sensation for a few minutes. The left bud ceased to function after the shock and I decided to not risk further incident and contact customer supp

Device is good but as many other have said already, do NOT expect to get any real customer service.

They need to learn from Amazon what customer service is. Always thought Samsung is great as a korean but that's because I never had to contact the customer service. Just be prepared to not get any real customer service if you ever decide to use any Samsung device.
