  usually like Fluffies, but my experience at the Hackensack location has been disappointing lately. Fluffies is known for its sauce, but for some reason they barely put any sauce on the chicken anymore. The chicken ends up being dry and honestly not what I expect when I go to Fluffies.<br><br>The Bayonne location is completely different -- they actually put a good amount of sauce on the chicken, and the food tastes so much better. If I'm just getting plain chicken with barely any sauce, I might as well go to Dave's Hot Chicken.<br><br>The customer service at the Hackensack location could also be much better. Some of the staff, especially the girls, come across as rude or unwelcoming. I've personally gotten a side-eye from an employee before, which just made the experience worse.<br><br>I really hope the Hackensack location improves because Fluffies is supposed to be known for its sauce. I shouldn't have to ask for extra sauce just to get the amount that the Bayonne location normally giv

  I don't know what the hype is about this chicken because I went there on the late night around 11:40 and got what I thought would be like the equivalent of hot wings I got these dinosaur wings that tasted like nothing most of the crispiness batter was in the bottom of the box I called to make the complaint cuz it was late at night I waited for the next day I spoke to a young lady who said that she couldn't even find my order she would speak with the manager the manager has yet to speak to me and it's been a week so I felt the necessary to review this this chicken is for those who indulge in getting high and just need something to put in their body I don't understand how this place is even in business because as far as that chicken goes is disgusting

  1 star because how dare you add "Hot chicken" on that tittle. This was not even spicy matter fact it was an insult to the name "Hot" this was my first time trying it and I'm thinking it was gonna burn my mouth but noooooo, only sweet, just a tiny pinch of "Hot" was added. A disgrace to "Hot chicken" in name. You have Shattered my expectations. Remove that name, it is misleading. Rediculous
