Saverio Cereste is the best! So knowledgeable saved me $15,000! He told me to, "go again an do a walkthrough" I found out the poool in the condominium was not in service for 10 years. He was respectful to the other lawyer and was able to get 15k off a liar Realestate agent! He's the best!
