I came to buy a used car and when i requested financing, they came back with numbers which were astronomically high according to my calculations (listing price + fees + taxes). I had to push back and ask why the numbers weren't adding up. Come to find out that they included $4K warranty which I didn't want. I spoke with the finance manager and he said that price includes warranty ($4K) and when I told him I didn't want it, he proceeded to remove the $4K from the calculation and added $2K instead. When I asked what the $2K is for, he said that when they bought the car back, they had to test and make sure the engine was running fine and since I'm "benefiting" from it I had to pay that fee. Are you guys okay?! Furthermore, another customer (that was sitting right next to us) was having the same conversation and said that they were scamming customers with their hidden warranty + extra fees that they keep adding on to the price. Wouldn't recommend at ALLLLLLLLL.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership! Our salesman, Manny went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new car. This is the second vehicle I'm purchasing from him and the experience has been overall amazing. Everyone there went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you all so much, I love my new baby!

in April I got kia forte lx used. Car had 1 accendent from before. Find out car had second accident that dealership never told me about it the dealership never answered there phones or sale person gone i called bank told what goin with car horrible place and liers

I've been going to Rt17 Nissan since I bought my Z in 2019. The service has always been nothing but exceptional when I dealt with John Cortez that changed Wednesday August 26th. I needed a battery the cost was $380.00. I told the service advisor I qualified for a $400.00 Sunbit extended payment plan. I gave the cashier my ATM card and driver's license as required by Sunbit. She charged the entire $390.00 on one payment I sad yes then realized I had the payment plan by that time it was too late. I had to pay $40.00 cash because I didn't have enough money in my bank account. This caused several payments to be returned with a $10.00 fee for each one was a health insurance bill. I called the service advisor the next day to ask about it he said I'll find out and call you back in 5 minutes 6 hours later no return call so I called him he said you used a credit card which I did not I doubt he checked on anything at all. I won't be returning again I will bring future repair business to Riversid

I have been to many dealerships but not one like this. My salesmen Nicolas Alfonso and the finance manger Nelson Saez made this process extremely easy. Nick was amazing at taking his time and explaining everything to me . And so was Nelson he had no problem with any questions of mine .
