I had such a wonderful experience at Ship Rite, and I truly want to recognize Fatima for the outstanding service she provided.<br>I came in to ship a pair of boots from the U.S. to the Netherlands, and even though the store was having technical issues that day, Fatima never made the situation feel stressful or inconvenient. She was patient, kind, professional, and completely reassuring from the moment I walked in. Instead of turning me away or making the problem mine to solve, she took the time to gather my package and all of my information so she could follow through once everything was working properly.<br>The next day, Fatima did exactly what she said she would do. She processed the shipment, emailed me my receipt, sent me the tracking information, and followed up to let me know everything had been shipped out.
