Dentists and staff are both amazing. My entire family goes here and we've never had an issue with the receptionists, the billing, hygienists or dentists. I think all these negative reviews are for a different place

From the second I called with my dental emergency, the receptionist took the time to make sure I was seen that day. I also have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I was blown away by the care that I received. They were all beyond accommodating to my anxiety and I truly felt at ease. The office was clean and I didn't have to wait long either once I arrived. Highly recommend, especially if you are someone who struggles just stepping foot in the dentist.

BEWARE: Rude, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional<br><br>I normally don't write reviews, but my experience with Gental Dental in Lyndhurst, NJ was so outrageous that I feel obligated to warn others.<br><br>Back in early 2024, I went in for a consultation, and the dentist recommended a crown for my implant. He took measurements, and we scheduled a follow-up appointment. However, the very next day, I changed my mind, called the office, cancelled the appointment, and specifically told them not to send anything to the lab. The staff confirmed the cancellation over the phone.<br><br>Still unsure, I proactively contacted my insurance provider to explain what happened and asked them to cancel any pending authorizations for Gental Dental -- except for that single initial visit.<br><br>Fast forward over a year later, and I receive a letter from a collections agency for $1,800+ claiming I owe Gental Dental for a crown that I never received. When I called the clinic to dispute it, they false
