  This was our second mortgage with Marco and the Homeland team. They have the process streamlined with an online portal that makes sharing documents incredibly easy and I was always able to get someone on the phone or via email immediately. We wanted a quick close on the property amd they worked tirelessly to make sure that it happened. The bonus is they are super friendly and patient explaining the process and answering my one million questions. If you are looking for a group that is accessible, friendly, efficient, and well respected in the real estate world, Homeland Lending should be your first call. Thank you all!

  Kevin is hands down the best. My wife and I went from believing homeownership wasn't possible to being approved for a mortgage that was so comfortable and affordable that we couldn't believe we hadn't explored it years earlier.<br><br>From our very first meeting, where Kevin reviewed our credit and explained our options, all the way through closing day, he Joan and Matt were knowledgeable, patient (especially with all of our texts and questions!), straightforward, and transparent. They managed our expectations every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful process feel organized and manageable.<br><br>Since closing, Kevin and his team have become the topic of countless conversations with our friends and family.
