    Parking Garage B was extremely difficult to find and very confusing. I purchased a parking pass in advance, and it worked at some locations but then didn't work at Parking B. I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could find an employee to help me. Even the employee was confused about why the pass wasn't working and had to call a supervisor for assistance. They eventually had to manually open the gate for me.<br><br>The whole parking experience was frustrating and took up a lot of time. Even after leaving the mall, finding the parking garage again was confusing. The parking system and directions really need to be improved.

    Hard to get into. Hard to find a spot. Hard to get out of. Expensive. 6.25 for the first 15 minutes. The outside elevator DOESN'T WORK.

    This is a parking lot from hell, Ive been stuck in a bottle neck and have not moved one inch in a half hour, why is no one directing traffic!!!
