    EXTREMELY RUDE. I am a scheduling specialist and have NEVER experienced anything close to the treatment that our member and I received from this office. We started with Aileen that refused to speak with the member with his interpreter on the line and said that the member "spoke English just fine" and processed to hang up on us when I conferenced the member in. We called back and Margarette kept rudely saying over and over what date does he want while I'm continuously telling her, his interpreter was on the line and it takes time for him to interpret and respond. She again continued to say the same thing so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor Laura was just as rude and as the interpreter was speaking to the member, says "see this is why Aileen hung up, this is taking too long." I have never in history experienced a dr. office that answered the phone rude and continued to be rude and impatient for what reason? I was left shaking and deeply SAD that I had been on the line with the me
