I've been coming to this studio since May 2025 and it is still my favorite place! It's a lovely community of great people! There is something here for every level from taking your first Pilates class to someone who's been in fitness for ages. They offer different formats and times and they are also very affordable and offer unlimited monthly memberships. There are always exciting thinks going on, from themed classes to bingo games, raffles, pop ups and prizes. Each instructor is knowledgeable and will help you with any modifications you need. Definitely give them a try!

Happy to be a member here for over two years. Great variety of classes, skilled teachers, and supportive group of fellow members. Classes are thorough, challenging and ever creative.

Impact Fort Lee is an amazing studio offering a variety of Pilates, sculpting and strength classes all day long! The instructors are amazing and the music is always motivating. Thank you!

Hands down one of the best workouts I've tried. The hot sculpt classes are intense, effective, and so worth it. The instructors bring amazing energy and keep you motivated the entire time. Highly recommend!
