They charge $2 extra for Lexus NX as a "large car" fee, it's the smallest car Lexus produces. I've been going here for years even though their service is sloppy but today is my last day. Inconsistent pricing.

I paid for Service #2, which included both interior and exterior cleaning of my vehicle (not detailing). When I picked up my car, I noticed several areas that had not been cleaned properly.<br>When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he immediately responded by saying that I had paid for a service that did not include detailing. However, the issues I pointed out were not detailing-related. For example, some areas had not been vacuumed properly, which is a basic part of an interior cleaning service. There was also cream cheese on the armrest, which was not a detailing issue at all--it came off with a simple wipe, as he himself demonstrated.<br>What was most disappointing was the owner's attitude throughout the interaction. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. His behavior made an already disappointing experience even worse.<br>At that point, I told him not to worry about it and that I would simply leave. His response
