  Highly recommend this tailor. I came with two pairs of vintage Levi's to get them taken in at the waist. The shop owner was kind and knowledgable and worked quickly- they were finished before the promised pick up date. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I already dropped off another pair of jeans as I'm thrilled with the work she did. Happy to support this local business and I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you!

  I came to this place expecting to find a professional tailor to alter a gown I bought for a wedding. Unfortunately, I regret choosing this business and ignoring the red flags from the very beginning.<br><br>From my first visit, the tailor was rude. She told me I needed to bring the shoes I would wear with the dress, so I returned the next day after work with my shoes. Even then, her attitude was unpleasant. She gave abrupt instructions like "put your things here," "don't close the curtain," and "leave the dress over there," which made me feel like she was annoyed and did not want to do the job.<br><br>Because the wedding was only one week away, I left the dress. When I called a week later to pick it up, I told her I would be there by 5:30. She said she was closing early -- even though their normal closing time is 6:00 PM -- so my husband went instead. He immediately noticed the dress was still very long -- it was dragging on the floor. I had no choice but to fold it at the waist to mak

  I came here once for a simple tailoring--it was expensive, but I wanted to come again for another service and support local. When I came in with my clothes, I asked the old lady working here some questions about the tailoring I wanted to be done to it and she was extremely rude and condescending, speaking down to me and acting like I was incompetent. She was incredibly unprofessional and had such a bad attitude. Who speaks to paying customers like that? You are literally driving away your own customers. I enjoy supporting small businesses, but I'll never come here again. There's tons of other options out there with much better customer service.

  I love everything about this cleaners except that its a bit expensive. The quality of work is tremendous, so maybe that explains the cost.<br><br>I keep going, so....
