  This karaoke establishment is, without exaggeration, a catastrophic failure of what should be one of humanity's simplest joys: singing badly with friends. Instead, it manages to transform that joy into an endurance test that rivals psychological warfare.<br><br>First, the sound system--if it can even be called that--appears to have been engineered by someone who has only heard rumors of music. The microphone cuts in and out like it's fighting for its life, alternating between inaudible whispers and ear-piercing screeches that make you question your will to continue. Every note, no matter how confidently sung, is flattened into something that resembles a dial-up modem from 2003.<br><br>Then there's the song selection. It's as if someone took a perfectly normal karaoke catalog and removed every song anyone has ever wanted to sing. What remains is a bizarre, outdated collection of tracks no one recognizes, interspersed with popular songs that somehow have the wrong lyrics, wrong key, or b

  Visited with a group of 9 and was pretty disappointed with the sound quality. Room 1 had no bass. I've heard better audio from a Bluetooth speaker. For a venue that's about the music experience, the sound system really needs an upgrade

  We're sorry if there was any inconvenience. If you had asked us about the issue during your visit, we would have tried to fix it for you. It's unfortunate that no one mentioned it to us.<br><br>There is "SOUND" control many buttons on the monitor and the controller. Did you try using them?<br><br>Also, I believe we are using the latest 2026 version of the karaoke machine. It seems your group did not use the karaoke machine and used YouTube instead. Many YouTube karaoke contents have poor sound q
