Outstanding experience from start to finish. I just did a full kitchen renovation and working with Aren was the best decision I made. I obtained multiple quotes on both countertops and cabinets from local businesses and spent hours going over all the options with different folks, and Aren was not only extremely competitive on price but was also just a genuine, honest human being who actually prioritizes you being happy than making an extra buck.<br><br>The customer service was top notch. There were some minor obstacles that we had to overcome (due to issues with the manufacturer/factory, had nothing to do with Aren) and this man literally came all the way to my apartment on extremely short notice and made sure all of the issues were fully resolved.<br><br>I've worked with about half a dozen businesses/contractors over the last couple months as I renovate my newly purchased unit, and they were very much hit or miss. Excellent customer service. Aren gave personal attention to our cabinetry needs, got us a plan and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Order fulfillment was also a breeze with him coordinating with the manufacturer and last mile delivery. Payment terms were made clear upfront and everything went exactly to the plan - no surprises. The only surprise we got was the finesse with which the engagement went!! Kudos to this budding entrepreneur.
