  I had been dealing with unbearable back pain and muscle spasms for months. I didn't want to rely on medication just to manage the pain, so my doctor referred me to Dr. Carrion. I noticed a huge difference within just a few sessions. My spasms stopped and the daily pain was gone. Now, a couple of weeks later, I feel like myself again and I'm doing things I haven't been able to do in months. Even being able to simply turn over in bed without pain feels like a big deal. I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Carrion!

  ABOUT ME:<br>I am an ultra-endurance athlete that runs and cycles a lot. As such, I tend to live with soreness and have a tendency to ignore pain for far too long before addressing issues. I have been trying to get better at distinguishing between normal pain and pain that can lead to chronic long term issues and a decrease in performance. The main problems I went to address were the pain on the right side of my neck, my left knee and hamstring.<br><br>PROBLEMS RESOLVED AND THE BENEFITS AFTER 4 SESSIONS:<br><br>1. 5/21/26 was my first appointment. After the first day, 90% of the issues that I wanted to address were fixed. I'm usually not a believer in overnight solutions, but honestly, my issues were fixed what feels like overnight. It felt like my body was put in a position where it was finally able to heal itself.<br><br>2. I noticed after the second day my sleep improved. I have tracked my sleep for years, I got 94 out of 100 sleep and the most total REM sleep I've gotten in a year.

  You responded very well to the different types of treatments we used on you. We started with the most important thing I do in my office - give you a proper adjustment and remove all nerve interference in your spine - this alone fixed the majority of your issues. We worked on your muscles and tendons to remove any adhesions you had from your high level training.   I came to the Dr Carrion office with severe pain in my lower back, it was really bad, to a point I couldn't sleep well, but right after the first chiropractor adjustments I started feeling really good, my back was much looser and the pain wasn't so bad, so I definitely recommend going to his office<br>I've been going to his office for a couple of weeks now and I feel a lot better

  I came to this office with two herniated discs in my lumbar spine and one bulged disc, and the pain was so intense that I could barely walk. Standing straight was almost impossible--I was literally walking crooked because of the pain. The injury happened at the gym after a very intense period of lifting very heavy deadlifts (over 450 lbs), heavy squats, combined with running 4-5 times per week.<br><br>Dr. Angel Carrion treated me with an incredible level of professionalism and empathy from day one. He performed a very detailed evaluation and immediately sent me to get X-rays that same day so we could start treatment right away. Shortly after, because of the level of pain I was experiencing, he also recommended getting an MRI to better understand the severity of the injury.<br><br>From the very first treatments, I noticed a difference.   I was in so much pain for so long . Neck pain lower back pain constantly. Tried stretching, therapy that was a total waste of time because I felt very little relief. I didn't know what else to do so I took Tylenol from time to time that of course it's no good for you. It was not until I hurt my lower back on top of my constant pain pushing a piece of furniture at home oh my goodness I couldn't get up move anything the pain was so severe now. I was desperate. My insurance send me a list of doctors and I choosed Dr Carrion after reading his reviews.<br>And my goodness thank God I landed in his hands . His expertise helped me in all areas from my neck all the way down to my lower back.<br>I love that he takes the time to explain everything that's affecting your back and clearly explains how he is going to help you improve it.   This chiropractor practice is amazing. I have been struggling with sciatica on and off for 11 years now. I have seen a lot of chiropractors in my day, and I'm always very happy with the work they do. But this was my worst case of sciatica yet and the fastest recovery from starting treatment here.<br><br>The technology at this felicity is truly remarkable. I have two herniated disk causing pressure and pinching to my sciatic nerve for 7 months now. And they use this table that expands my hip region, then pumps my legs. I don't know why it works so well but it's some incredible treatment.<br><br>On my first visit, Dr Carrion did a very thorough exam and some treatment. After that first treatment when I stood up, I let out a big "woah" because I was in awe of how much better I finally felt after 1 treatment.
