I can't believe how terrible service is here. Please go somewhere else. Took my elderly mom to get new shoes, but I will not be returning. The staff is so rude.

I took my mom to Jacobus Shoes for diabetic shoes with a doctor's prescription. We already had a bad experience with the rude owner a year ago, so I was very hesitant to take her back. However, I hoped that the service had improved.<br><br>Most of the clients at the shop are Korean seniors over 60. I'm sure many of them don't understand the detailed procedures for obtaining the prescriptions and medical files needed for the shoes. This was my mom's second time returning this week to the shop because of missing information, which were clearly the doctor's mistakes.<br><br>Instead of explaining the missing information kindly to my 80-year-old mother, I immediately noticed annoyance on the owner's face and in her voice. This made my mom extremely angry. It was the first time I had ever seen her angry in a public place.<br><br>Fortunately, the owner's daughter kindly explained the missing information, which improved our mood somewhat.
