  I'm at ease when I bring my car to get services by BMW Park Ave. I work with service advisor Daryl Hughes--I am confident in his knowledge and giving me direction on the needs for my vehicle. It's always a pleasure working with him-- he's my go to guy!! The mechanics also send a thorough video of what has been done to the vehicle and any recommendations. I appreciate that level of communication throughout my appointment. The waiting area is well done with ample space and refreshments. It can get busy but everyone works together to move things along.<br>Thank you for such great service!

  I hit a Deer in Westchester County .<br>I drove over an hour to use the body shop where I bought my car because I am very particular when it comes to my car There are lots of alternatives near my house , but I made the right decision to drive to Park Ave BMW .<br>Alex exemplifies Customer service. He followed up with text message as well as phone call.<br>It's hard to imagine any other collision center like this one, far exceeded my expectation<br><br>Even when I picked up my car today the service and kindness from the front desk Ralmy was exceptional<br><br>Thank you very much, a customer for life !<br>Craig
