Despite a personal injury, he showed me 15 properties in the cold winter and handled all paperwork with great care. He is professional, kind, and bilingual (English/Korean). Hong Kim, realtor and owner of Young Star, cashed my security deposit check after the property was already rented or sold. Poor service for buyers.

This company is horrible. We found a property we liked and met with Hong Kim , he showed us around (he is extremely rude) we stuck a deal and gave him a security deposit check. We were planning to move in when luckily i found the property still listed although we had already signed and paid. I called him from another number to see what was going on and he allowed me to schedule an appointment(not knowing it was me) . EVEN THOUGH WE PAID THE DEPOSIT .I then told him it was me and he threw a fit on the phone started cursing and shut the call. I advise everyone to stay away from this company . L A bunch of scammers
