Felix showed up and diagnosed my problem within 10mins. Was friendly and explained what the problem was. he was able to take care of it quickly and took pity on me and didn't charge me the full service fee since it required no parts or servicing. Always appreciate honesty and great customer service.

Technician Felix was prompt, efficient, found the problem right away and was very quick, neat and quiet about the repair (someone was sleeping in the room next to the dryer). He brought the dryer back to life magically fast and was very respectful and friendly in the process. I can't say enough good things! Every appliance owner needs Blue Sky home services in their life! Highly recommend.
