Incompetent.<br>I got a call and an email from the pharmacy stating my prescription would be ready on February 5th. I even With the lady who called me from the pharmacy to verify that because it was a day early. After I called my insurance company to make sure that was OK, which there is a law stating that is OK.<br>Two hours later, a different pharmacy tech called me and tells me no it's gonna be on February 6, after I just moved my whole day around to make sure I was in the area to pick it up on the 5th. She starts talking over me and getting nasty, then puts me on a hold in the middle of my sentence. The pharmacist gets on the phone and says the same thing along with "Well, I don't know who said that to you..." ummm How about your employees??? I did not call, YOU called ME. And then you guys both wanna get nasty when confronted about giving the wrong information?? Luckily, I kept proof of everything, AND always record conversations with insurance companies and pharmacy tax for this

Been coming here for a year now. Get all my meds. The Pharmacy staff is amazing. They always do everything they can to help , and make sure everything goes smooth and easy. They know what I need. When I need it. And they make sure its there. On the rare occasion its out of stock. They order it immediately and get it in as quickly as possible. Everyone is friendly as well. I dont have 1 single complaint about this place or the people that work there.

Today is 12/12/25 time is 10:25am I had the Walgreens pharmacy Deidre give me a call to tell me they could not get a hold of my doctor and when I went to ask them a question they said "well if you let me finish I will explain in a very rude manner" so I will no longer be doing business Walgreens of Lodi because of their incompetent staff. I did call customer service to leave a complaint against the lady in the pharmacy department. I'm upset because there's a lot of people looking for jobs out there and to have people with attitude problems they should not be in a position to talk to customers like that it's wrong.
