  Request for Full Refund of Warranty Charges and Complaint Regarding Sales Pressure<br><br>Dear Nissan Route 17 Sales Team,<br><br>Although you replaced the cracked steering wheel plastic cover free of charge, I am deeply disappointed that you have not responded to my previous email, nor have you refunded the $3,661.94 in warranties that were sold to me under pressure.<br><br>I visited your dealership twice, taking time off from work, to explain that I was forced to purchase two warranties -- one for $2,500 and another for $1,161.94 -- totaling $3,661.94. I clearly stated that these warranties were sold to me without my full understanding and under pressure, and that forcing a customer to purchase a warranty as a condition of sale is illegal.<br><br>Furthermore, I informed your staff that I hold an L1-B visa and my legal authorization to live and work in the United States will expire on June 19, 2026. I will be returning to my home country. I explained that I see no logic in being press
