  I had a very good experience at Quest Diagnostics on Cedar Lane in Teaneck, New Jersey. The site lead is wonderful, and the other staff members are great as well. The location is very clean and organized, and the staff clearly know their jobs.<br>My one recommendation would be to make an appointment whenever possible. If you come in as a walk-in, you may have a longer wait, and they do let you know that upfront. Patients with scheduled appointments are seen first, which is understandable, so walk-ins may get pushed back as appointment times come up.<br>Overall, I think this is a very decent Quest Diagnostics location with a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it just make an appointment if you can!

  I was disappointed in my time here most recently. I waited for quite some time, watching others who came after me get called in before me. When I approached the desk, I was told that there was a technological issue at the location. Then, we discovered a clerical issue with my doctor's office, but Angie worked with me to figure out the holdup. She was kind and patient and was able to solve the problem.
