My AC stopped working 4 days ago. I called Al from American Way. He came checked my AC and noticed that the motor of my 2nd floor Air handler stopped working. He promptly ordered a new one and the next day he came at the end of his day to install it. He explained everything along the way and was very honest and engaging in his communication. He is very knowledgeable and has 19 years of experience. He fix my AC like a true professional and I told him he will be my regular AC and Plummer from now on. Al is a great guy and Highly recommend his services.

I've used American Way plumbing now for two years. Two years ago, we used them to replace our water heater--it was an emergency and Googling brought up their business--and they came the same day in the late morning and replaced it.<br><br>What impressed me was that when we later noticed a minor leak in the new pipe (around 8:00 pm), they came within the hour and fixed the problem, no fuss.<br><br>Two years later, our 30 year old boiler broke; likewise, they came the same day and replaced, and even prepped things for inspection once the town is ready again post-Covid.<br><br>Finally, we decided to replace our thirty year old central AC. This took a couple of days, but once we noticed some minor issues (water leaking into pan, triggering shutoff) they came, adjusted the unit (it wasn't quite level); again, no fuss and no hassle.<br><br>I heartily recommend these guys.

We had two problems. The kitchen sink was clogged, and the hot water was really slow. Both these problems were solved promptly by their experts. They were respectful of our home and didn't leave any mess behind.
