I've used Mark for a purchase and a sale of a condo, both transactions were handled with care and professionalism. Rates are reasonable and the office is very easy to deal with. Mark came highly recommended from my Real Estate agent and I totally agree. Mark did a great job of clearly communicating and managing the inherent risks of a Real Estate transaction, I will be using this office for all of my real estate matters in the future.

Mark and his team from the beginning had our trust and assurance that we were in good had with our real estate transaction. From start to finish the team kept what would have been a very complex home purchase painless and organized. The communication between all parties and electronic documents allowed us a speedy closing with no delays thanks to the systems they have in place. Mark had additional support in our owner occupied rental property that was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the practice and will be using them for our next purchase in the near future.

Down to earth. Super down to earth gentleman. Breaks everything down where it can all be easily understood. Tatiana who works with Mark is by far the best paralegal I have experienced or heard of. Thank you for all your help it was much appreciated.
