They were great to work with. Final price was what I got quoted even with a few additional pieces I added in the last minute. They came in and they went out. All my furniture was wrapped and placed in its final location at my new home without a hitch. The owner oversaw the entire process. Thank you!!!

I have used John and his team two times now and both times they made it very easy to move a few pieces of furniture. Gentle Service is reliable, Kevin is super responsive, and treat your furniture with First Class Service. I moved from rutherford to Clifton, they were patient, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I changed and rearranged a lot of things and they did it with a smile. 20 out of 10 I would hire these guys every week if I could

Working with Gentle Service has been amazing from day one when I called to schedule our moving services. Kevin was super helpful on the phone, and John and his team showed up exactly on time on move-in day and worked extremely hard to get all of our things to our final location. We ended up having a five-stop move with some unexpected hurdles, but John was so patient and kind throughout out the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them!
