The service so is excellent. The staff is so helpful and prompt in answering questions. The product was perfect for us as they had customizable options for our non standard size deck which eliminated the option of buying ready made pergolas. We also wanted it attached to the house. The guy we hired to assemble commented on how nice the material was and how easy the installation and instruction manual was. He said it was more robust than a lot of the pergolas he has assembled. We would recommend this company to anyone!

We purchased the Lugano 12 x 20 model with the lighting kit and couldn't be more pleased with it! We also looked at others but felt that the quality of the product and design features were outstanding and a cut above. Shipping time was reasonable and assembly took about a day with a two person team. The customer service is excellent responding promptly and efficiently (we ordered extra controllers for the lighting). So glad we went with Paragon! (Sorry the photos aren't better quality!)

I'm very happy with my 10 x 12 Lugano louvered pergola. It's solid. No issues with the storm and winds that hit us the other day..customer service responded quickly when I called to see if I registered my pergola for the extended warranty correctly.
