  i called to have my wood stove chimney and vent pipe checked and cleaned before we started using it for the colder season in wood-ridge. raymond came out the very next day, inspected the exterior chimney, flue, and the inside stove pipe, and let us know that everything looked clear and safe, so a sweep was not needed at that time. i really appreciated the honest assessment and the fact that there was no charge for the visit. he was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to, and he also took a moment to explain what to watch for with the stove and chimney draft. if we have any chimney or fireplace issues later on, we will definitely call again.

  Outstanding chimney service from beginning to end. conner was on time, courteous, and very helpful when explaining our chimney and fireplace options. He completed excellent work on schedule and stayed very available for follow-up questions. He installed our new fireplace insert while we were away and even sent multiple photos so we could see the venting and hearth work as it was happening. the communication was great, the work area was kept clean, and the whole process felt easy and professional. i really appreciate the care, and we highly recommend conner for chimney sweep and fireplace services.

  Highly recommend! Very professional, courteous, and on time. During a home inspection, we found chimney flashing that had warped from water getting in around the roof line.
