We met with Harry to get an estimate for our renovation project in the middle of July. Then I called them after one month of waiting to find out where is their proposal. They called me back in 2 weeks (already in September) just to tell that they have so many projects and they are not going to give us any estimate at all.

Hello, Jane-We're very sorry to see your review and that we didn't get the opportunity to work together. We try to handle every job with care. When we have more requests than would allow us to provide excellent service, we must take time to step back and focus on our current work. No one wants someone who provides an estimate on a job they don't have time to do. That's just not good service. Thank you for considering us for your renovation.
