I arrived at the shop with over 20 minutes to spare before it closed at midnight, full of excitement and anticipation. However, when I got there, I was greeted by locked doors and an eerie silence--no one in sight. I had heard so many glowing reviews about their exceptional customer service, and I was eager to experience it for myself. After a 30-minute drive, I couldn't shake the feeling of disappointment. It felt like a missed opportunity.

I'm so disappointed in this place. I've came more than once and the doors are always locked. Also you can't contact anyone either for any information. Waste of time if you're looking to have a nice smoke somewhere. This place is not it!

5 star space, service and selection. Really relaxed and comfortable spot with excellent genuine and caring host. The selection is on the smaller side, but filled with hard to find smokes at very reasonable prices. Corking fee for BYOB is very reasonable and liquor selection is solid.

This place is a gem, I've actually been here a few times and am only writing a review now. I dunno if they're the owners or the managers but the gentleman that took care of me each time I was here are nothing short of 5 star service. I'm talking about waiting on my every need, accommodating does not begin to describe how great they both were. I think they're trying to get me to want to come back and dang it, it's working! I do wanna go back and bring more of my friends. What a deceptively great place, if you want to have a relaxing cigar in a beautiful and chill environment, look no further!
