  I have never left a negative review, but my experience with this business was disappointing from start to finish.<br><br>On May 16, I brought in a large poster to be laminated on both sides and paid in full at drop-off. Because I was at work when the poster was ready, a relative picked it up on my behalf.<br><br>When I reviewed the poster at home, I discovered that only the front had been laminated, despite our agreement that both sides would be done. Even worse, the front laminate had a large fold, approximately two feet long, that permanently damaged the appearance of the poster. The employee who handed it over never mentioned the defect or the fact that the work was incomplete, even though both were plainly visible.<br><br>I returned to the store with the poster to express my concerns and explain the situation. The same employee who had accepted the project apologized and told me I would receive at least a 15% refund.<br><br>When I later went to pick up the poster, I did not see tha

  Terrible customer service. Gave them an invoice with exact details, the first time it looked like 5 year old did the proof. Then there was another problem And another. Finally when I accepted the last proof after it failed several times, I didn't notice the phone number was off. So now I'm screwed out of a correction or refund. Luckily we did this as a sample test to see how these invoices work for us before ordering a full stock or we would've been out $2000.<br><br>The big question is, why did it have to be screwed up several times before getting it right?
